oh thanks for the tips... I just found the lease and it does have a list of charges. It's around $100 as you mentioned. That's good as I will skip the cleaning.

I've decided to move out of my IAC. Regarding cleaning, do you think it's worth the efforts to clean or let IAC hire someone to clean it? I have the feeling that no matter how clean it is, they are going to charge the cleaning fees anyway. What's your suggestion? Thanks!

Is anybody staying in the new Esperanza, Palmeras or Mirasol apartments? I would like to know about the street noise and street traffic going to highway 5 extrance. Also, I would like to know whether the insulation is really that good as advertised. My lease is almost up at Quail...
