I talked to the comm. director at TUSD and was told OH will definitely expand to a full K-8 in 2018-19, possibly in 2017-18.  All the grades in K-4 will be openned all together, not as one grade per year as mentioned before.  Keep the fingers crossed.

Do you mean Juniper is the smallest, most poorly located lots in BP?  I thought there are the larger homes (only Silvermist, Torrey and Legend are bigger than it).  What makes people think Juniper is on the most poorly location?  There should be a future pool park built next to it, per sales at BP.

Thanks, good info!  Well, both houses are 3200 sf, the only difference is the lot sizes. The entire tract is in the 50x80 configuration. The 5000 sf lot is slight longer(50x100), but also got pushed forward a bit, so front set back is smaller to yield the deeper backyard.  The difference...

There are two new houses both in the 1.3 mil range in Irvine, all things (location, sf., floorplan, view, etc.) are the same except for lot sizes.   One is 5000 sf with a 24 ft deep back yard. The other is 4000 sf with a 11 ft deep back yard. What would be a realistic price difference when...
