the home in lb doesnt seem to be in park estates with a zip of 90803. that is hte zip of belmont shore if i remember correctly, i think park estates is 90815. also there are two areas within 1/2mil apart which get confused alot, one is park estates, and the other is university park estates...

i can tell you exactly where it went. one thing is to go to a nice restaurant for a nice dinner but many people went to nice places like steakhouses for an every day lunch and dropped 100 per person for dinner like it was 10 dollars. why, cuz they had a commission check coming the next month...
