Thanks so much for the reply guys. I guess the big question is, if it gets back tot he bank, how do you contact them about the purchase. It think this is the tough part. I guess even if that part works, you still need to kick out the squatters in your new home.

Does anyone think the new 650 homes will bring down some of the prices of the million dollar homes in Woodbury? I mean the highest price homes here are in the 800s with most in the 600s. Boy, I just can't wait for this. More traffic on Sand Canyon going down to the 5. This will be fun.
