Honestly, Irvine will always be overpriced compared to most everywhere else. Its overpriced for a reason and a good reason at that.

yes these homes are well designed from the inside, but the outside is completely different story. I'm very dissapointed with the spacing of the homes as well as lack of driveway and front yard.
