I noticed that the hours of coverage is like half a day at best. My friends in other cities get full day. Do you know if this will change? I'm hearing the extended care offer by schools are over $1000, so it's a decent chunk when you think you're having a public education.

I'm still trying to understand the various villages. But to me an old sfr is much more desirable than a new condo/townhome at the same price.
I hope things stay flat, at most, as a prospective buyer. I'm betting that interest rates won't get cut this year (and not in q1 next) like many are anticipating. Inflation is still at elevated levels.
