Did anyone here actually get an invite to place a deposit on any of the homes? I did the pre-pre-qualification worksheet several days ago for the willows but have yet to hear back since then.

Welp, looks like Toll Brothers adjusted their pricing and raised the price by about $200k across the board. The entry point for this community is now $1.2 million at the Willows (it was listed as "From the $1 Millions" a few weeks ago.)

The website now states "2 new neighborhoods coming to Portola Springs Late 2021" and Regalo is no longer listed on the community list. Looks like the courtyard home community got delayed/pushed back?
