I know this topic was posted already but I noticed that some of the covenent hills prices have come down. For instance Capistrano started at $1.3 and now in the LA times it is advertised for low $1 millions. Is there a catch here or are prices moving that drastically?

I just sold my house this weekend. I'm going to rent for 1 year and then buy again. I think the market has about -10% more to go before we hit bottom. I don't see the sky falling but a 20% correction is more likely.
