These condos have no side yard. I saw 2 condos have trash containers in their garage.

Are all Irvine condos require trash containers to be kept in the garage. I know the HOA requires condos on Messenger & Anthology Portola Springs to keep trash containers in the garage , what about other condos?

I checked out a rental on Messenger Irvine yesterday. Spoke to a neighbor and found out all 3 trash containers have to be kept in the garage. Is this required on all Condos in Irvine? She told me that unit was for rent every year…..

Totally the opposite. More oversea Chinese buyers who purchased Real Estates in Irvine few years ago as investments are now selling. They are afraid their properties can be seized like what the US government did to Russian citizens.

Is this tentative or approved by City of Irvine? Someone told me this is just to help move the remaining new home inventory in orchards hills, not final?
