For the 4th - 5th time, if you are going to buy in Greenwood, then buy either Crawford or Stafford as these lots are centrally located and away from Jamboree.

I always thought it was funny that hotels didn't have a 13th floor.  Just because there isn't a sign showing "Floor 13", doesn't mean you aren't actually on it.  The "14th Floor" is actually the 13th in this case.

Everyone now knows to never use Chao Wang from Hanu Reddy Realty.  Listings like these should automatically strip realtors of their license.  If I made this sort of mistake at my job, you better believe there would be some severe repercussions...

I live in Greenwood, but not in Huntley and therefore away from Jamboree.  To be very honest and frank, I wouldn't buy a home backing to Jamboree even if it was listed at 500k.  Its just not worth it to us.  Same goes for the Sheldon homes.

Greenwood has MR too. And....they have swarms of mosquitos.  Yes. I think MR at GW might be higher than Eastwood or Stonegate.  Location wise, SG and EW are so much better if you are looking for more peaceful homie feel area. I have not seen a single mosquito.  No idea where these "swarms"...

What happened?

I imagine the noise in OH isn't just traffic noise from the 261.  It's probably also the packs of coyotes and wolves that you hear out there in the boonies.  >:D

I'll take you up on that bet of 5-10 years.  There's no way that there will be a bunch of empty dirt lots.
