Anyone know if they've gotten real and lowered their prices? The article says something about new and improved pricing but I'm thinking that line is from way back.

Someone I work with says they offered him $300 a month discount on his rent if he extended his lease. He's not at the end of the lease, they just approached him. He said the complex fairly empty.

I have no idea on the legal matters, but they can still sue and cost whoever is being sued a lot of money defending the suit regardless of who have the legal high ground.
