    I don't know - unless the view is really spectacular I think you get over it in time, but you never get over a lack of enough living space. I once lived on the top floor of a high-rise apartment building; the view was great for the first month or two, then I stopped paying attention to it...

    Probably a hard prediction to make; it will depend a lot on macroeconomic factors like interest rates, the overall direction of the market, etc. But Azul is a nice property, and one of the last that is building in OH Groves, so I'm sure it will show good appreciation.

    So why does IP keep dropping the commission? Is it because with stronger demand from buyers they don't feel there's as much need for agents to bring their clients in?

    Curious question to anyone in the OH area: I've visited a few times, but I've never seen anyone riding a bike in OH (either Groves or Reserve). Does anyone bike around there? Or do people just prefer to drive/walk?
