I’ve been having the hardest time finding a 1970’s home brochure for The Ranch neighborhood built by Pacesetter Homes here in Irvine! Has anyone seen actual brochures for this community from 1970’s that have been archived? Found these adverts/articles in the LA Times. 🧐📢
