    Black Friday Deals

For us who don't want to get out of the bed on a cold Friday morning there is the power of internet. Most of my shopping was limited to Amazon, Dell and Costco. Would love to go to the mall one of these days and feel the spirit of shopping season.

Irvine Inventory is under 500 today

In 08 the levels ranged from 1100-1183 when I was looking. Don't know exact numbers. Is the number low because many are planning to stay put till the house is auctioned/foreclosed and not worrying about putting the house on market?

    Cash in Pocket

All my purses have at least a $100 in a deeper pocket as emergency money. Sometimes I forget to move my wallet from one to another.

    Refrigerators

I use a stainless steel polish once a month. Removes all the finger prints. McD, let me know which one you decide on. I need to upgrade mine to a French door model too- it helps to have a pull out freezer than the side-by-side.

So the thread is hijacked.. officially:-) Here is an update on my story- I have decided to take the little one to American Girl Place after all, sometimes in December. It will only be for a photo shoot though. I know I am a very good photographer especially when kids are my subjects, but still...

Don't know what's brewing between you and BK, but everyone does need imagination. You can have it all, but if you don't need something else also, where is the drive to keep life going? Even if you reading a book you need imagination to help fuel your interest..

How much "car" would you buy?

Aha! Now all I have to do is, somehow make DH read this, and then take him to the Maserati showroom because I am worth it:-) Kidding aside, I have been saving money to buy a shiny European car for almost four years now. The amount grew so much that I ended up putting it into something else...

How much "car" would you buy?

It's a good idea to lease one if you won't exceed the contract mileage per year and can take very good care of your vehicle. Honda has a $5 a day deal. Audi and Merc at a very low lease rate too.

Nude, if you had told me all this when kiddo was five, I would have freaked out:-) Now I am at a stage I know that playing tea party, or even making a fancy tea for mommy wouldn't come in the way of becoming an engineer or a doctor,or even the Secretary of State when she grows up. I have played...

I haven't gone either, planning to. My daughter has read all the books, and has one little doll that comes with the costco book set. I had gifted her Kit Kittridge set of books in 07 to prepare her for the recession.. helped her a lot to understand what was happening.
