Thanks, Zerolot, These are homes with people already moved in, the ones on White Blossom. I'm wondering what could be wrong with the tiles that they are replacing them. Also, I noticed quite a few slits/holes in the radiant barrier foil in my attic. Do you know if this is normal?

Hello everyone, We recently moved into a marigold home. It's good to see there's an active forum on TI for the community. I see some construction guys are replacing shingles on quite a few homes. Does anyone know what the problem is?
