Forced to close the new home without final walkthrough

I am not sure, I thought they were not supposed to too.  I will ask them today again.  I asked the sales office when I got the key, she told me the construction crew won't have the key access to the house and they will ask for my permission when they need to get in to the house.  Apparently that...

Forced to close the new home without final walkthrough

They basically told us we must close that day - the only scenario they wouldn't close was that if the gas meter was not in. And it was installed on that Friday morning.  I was telling them that I was not comfortable to close with all the outstanding items (about 20 items) and no final walk...

Forced to close the new home without final walkthrough

We closed our new house on 12/29.  The builder insisted to close it before the year end although the house was not "complete" and we didn't do the official final walk through.  They told us we would do final walkthrough after close sometimes this week and they would fix everything we noted.  As...

    Orchard Hills North

Yes, I know there is no exact dates but was just trying to get an idea. I think Phase 1 is almost done, pretty much all the remaining builders are on their last/build out phase, Phase 2 is Podova and Varenna, not sure how many phases they have but would guess they need at least 2 years to...

Auburn at Stonegate by Richmond American

@ACInvestmentRealty - The listing price for plan 4 is 1.43, if the upgrades cost 130k, how did you manage to get the price of 1.53? Did the builder offer incentives? Thanks.

Orchard Hills - Capella by Taylor Morrison

The house may look nice but I just don't see it will move at this price. Another Orchard Hill house was sold for 1.625 on Julyhttps://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/16-Shadybend-92602/home/78394084 For 125K more, you got 650 more sq feet, a larger lot, and a better location/neighborhood.

Orchard Hills - Messina by TRI Pointe Homes

    I understand people don't like 4 and 13, but why 6 and 9?  I thought 6/9 are lucky numbers.

Orchard Hills - Messina by TRI Pointe Homes

It is 24 Rawhide. Not sure if there is anything else besides the address.  It is plan 1, not my favorite but seems odd all the other Messina houses are selling pretty well but this one just sits there.  I guess I under estimate the curse of #4.

Anybody know why site 27 is still available after 5-6 months on the market?  Anything wrong with the house?
