Yeah I think so too.  A few weeks ago we saw a Woodburry house and the agent told us there is still 30 year of MR and they have the right to extend it :(. Now I remember why we cross out that area.

Originally we like the floor plans in WB a lot, then when I started reading posts on this forum, I started have doubts.  Also there are more house on the market for WB.  Did I miss something?  Anything I need to consider if looking to buy a house there?

I found these on a realtors website!  I think they're both Olivos floor plan!  Anyone want to chime in?
