I think the lots are still available but you have to have pre registered and the earlier you did it the higher up in priority you are to bid on lots. Next release in 6 weeks. I suppose you could pre register but not sure if you would be in line with a number of others...

I was told that the Marbella model homes have upwards of 1 million dollars in upgrades. So if one were to want to replicate those homes add about a million to the price. The upgrades are rather amazing. I have been wondering about all those open doors and the critters around the canyons...not...

New to this board and just wondering about HC. Just looked at models in Marbella and they are so amazing....but I am a little squeamish about the location in terms of the 133 road to the beach and location of elementary school... Looks like it could take an hour on summer days from what I see...
