Yea, when I first visited the price started at 2.3-2.5 M range.... 4.0M for a tiny yard and in fire zone is no go for me.

I am not a fan of how that park is situated to the community. It's a steep up/down the hill just to get to the pool.

Most buyers are cash so I doubt interest rate will affect the Irvine market much

Any news on the development on dreamcatcher?  I spoke with reps from Highland and what they told me 1-2 month is it's bigger lot for SFR.  I like the location a little bit better because it's further away from the wilderness near 241 in case of brush fires again.

I live in PS near bluff 1, the landfill is no issue.  I have been here for two years now and no smelll at all. Fire zone is an consideration but our firefighters kept it well in check last fall.  Another is high wind, which comes with the territory of being on a hill.

Thank you, I live at 5B community.  By any chance you took pictures of the community while you were there?  How did you get up there with the roads closed?
