Cemetery better than high density houses. Today it took me 25 min from Alton to Jeffery along Irvine Blvd at 5:30pm. Several years ago 20 min I will be way pass Tustin. Can not imagine how bad the traffic will be after portola spring and great park all built out.

Maybe 5point should consider buying back some bond and lowing the MR? At lease to PP level? The main reason for people I know not buying in BP is due to the super high MR.

If 4>2, Oakmont is better than Juniper.  :) Between Oakmont plan 3 and Juniper plan 1, which one will you choose? : Oakmont better floor plan, Juniper better location and elevation, and current phase bigger yard. Oakmont is $60K more....
