Does anyone know when the higher income limit exactly applies? Is the purchase date or close escrow date relevant? For example when I would buy next week but close escrow Dec 1 (or later) would the old tax break income limit or the new higher one apply?
Absolutely not possible without help from e.g. grandparents or Nanny. Baby needs a lot of attention and when it is sleeping, the father/mother also needs sleep (as there is not enough sleep at night).
I don't think this is about sending a message, it is about increasing the profit and correcting the mistake from the first release. When you sell out so fast your pricing is wrong.
My guess is that they already have buyers that verbally agreed to the price and the signing tomorrow is just...

The second Ivy phase is going to be released this Saturday 10am according to an email I got.
Does anyone know if the prices have been increased? Also, do I have to expect a long line? Are people going to start waiting early in the morning?
