    Just want to point out the law that Schwarzenegger passed back in February to impose a statewide moratorium on foreclosures goes into effect at the end of this month. It won't stop all of them but it will most likely slow down the inventory hitting the market. It only affects owner occupied...

    Graphix - Yes, that definitely seems like a plausible explanation. Even though TIC has been making rounds of layoffs I'm sure they still have plenty of cash reserves so its probably just a mistake in the recorders office.
