Just replaced my 5 year old modem with a newer DOCSIS 3.0 modem and I'm finally able to take advantage of the new speeds

@irvinecommuter, could you elaborate on why mandarin cuisine is more refined? I've never felt light after eating at Peking restaurant in Westminster.

I'll definitely check this location out to see if it's up to snuff. We typically go to the one in Alhambra when we're in the area.

Lately I've played at the gated WB court every Wednesday nights after 8pm.  Although they may be taking a break so not sure what the future holds.  I may have to take a look at these other places now.

I used to repair the old school screen doors but we have one of those newfangled retractable screen doors.  Is it possible to repair those on your own?

I thought it was kid friendly.  One of my kids along with our friends' kid ended up running around the table and annoyed the people sitting at the adjacent table but it was harmless.  I can see how it'd get packed though since there's maybe only 4-5 tables inside?  I'd recommend ordering ahead...

I believe it. Back in 1995, I visited an acquaintance's place in Redwood City.  2 bed/1 bath standalone single story house they bought for 500k.  One worked for HP and the other worked at Oracle.
