am interested in checking out the properties in shady canyon. anyone know if i can just go in on my own or does it have to be with a realtor? if it has to be with a realtor, any realtor recc's?

i really respect the opinions on this blog and could use some guidance. any banks or institutions better or worse than the others? why?
