    Being a LA transplant to Houston, and now going back to LA, I've noticed that the traffic has greatly improved from what I remember in previous visits. I visit LA about 2-3 times a year so the change is very noticible.

    Why is there so much animosity toward successful people? Obviously these guys did well, found their niche and milked it for all its worth. If you don't like the show, then don't watch it.

    Do you think that stucco box would of looked better if it was on a bigger lot? All the other homes at set back from the street with wonderful front yard, but the stucco box is right on the sidewalk. The fence also make it look like a model home.

    Here's my situation. I'm moving back to California is the very near future (3 months). If I wanted to buy a house in California now, do I have to get a loan with a bank that's base in california, or can I get a loan with any national bank?
