I am evaluating buying in Cypress Village. What do you think about the difference between a "Condo" (Jade Court) and a "Townhouse" (Caserta)? I would like some of your expert advise on the drawbacks of a condo (does the owner own the land?), resale value, rental value between the two.
Right. But, what about when it exists? I am looking to buy a single level home in GP and upgrade to a larger home in the future (3-5 yrs). I am thinking more in terms of the resale possibility when I am ready for the upgrade.
