Prob around $610 at this point...look at the prices at Meriwether....although Clarendon should be a little higher due to the location and the fact that the Clarendon Plan 3's at the end of a row have fairly large, wrap around yard...and are also about 10 ft deeper than the yard in the MODEL Plan...
