I'm in agreement with pretty much what Hmart just stated.  Don't forget Hmart, 99 Ranch and Sprouts are within a 5 minutes drive from TL. I got friends living in Portola (Irvine) complaining how long it take just to get to the FWY in the morning.

No more.  All houses are up for sale including the models.  Plan 1 model is the only one that is sold as of last week.

Hello to all future Greenwood neighbors!!! Our closing date is 6 months away.  So hopefully by then everything will be more smoothly.  I remember somewhere in the sales package that says cable provider is COX.  I was pissed as Im a big Dodgers fan and they only available on TWC and Charter.
