Thank you guys for your input. If it's learned from another kid, I am less worried. If a teacher was using this kind of language routinely when she interacts with the children, I'd have issue with that.

Our 2.5-year-old just started going to school. After she came home today, she kept repeating "I don't like that!" and "Stop it!" by herself. Obviously it's something new she just learned from school, because she's never said these words before, and we don't usually say things like this at home...

Thank you guys for providing your perspectives. How important is it for a townhouse to have a yard/patio? Some of these Woodbury townhomes are essentially set up like an apartment (aka no private outdoor space except for maybe a balcony). Would future buyers and renters view this as a big drawback?

Budget under 650K. We will live there for a few years and either sell it or rent it out. We like the walkability and amenities of Woodbury, but there are concerns about the high costs ($350 HOA, Mello Roos and higher property tax, etc.). What do you experts think?
