Would like to get your thoughts/any background info on this property. This is a short sale and they seem to keep listing and then de-listing it. any info/thoughts will be appreciated. anyone on this forum already bid on this and heard back from them?

I wish my agent would talk like you. Any house we go into, our agent's 1st words are "this will go for full price or over full price and that we should bid ASAP" :-)

my guess is around $715K. is this madness going to stop? :-) and folks say we are in a down market! between the all cash buyers in the last few months and lack of std. sale inventories, buyers are getting desperate. but don't see situation changing. anyone disgree?

are the comps you are referring to in the same neighborhood around robinson/asbury? this I believe did have some upgrades like hardwood floors/plantation shutters etc.

absolutely agree. at least 3-5 homes including the ones I mentioned in one of the earlier posts. homes have multiple offers within 3 days and goes into escrow. may be they are aggressively priced? not sure. not for us atleast :-)

19 Winterfield and 28 Granada in West irvine are couple that come to mind.
