I believe those are free.
And usually, if you are in a Fantasy League, they have their own notes/injury reports for every player... sometimes before it hits ESPN or the paper.
I find Yahoo does a better job than CBS/Sportsline.

A trick to try in fantasy football. Probably too late to do it this year in most leagues.
Pick up the Bears running back Adrian Petersen http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/6134 and see if you can trade him to some sucker for something of value.
