How much would you estimate 1350 sq feet of travertine to cost for cleaning?

I got 2 estimates- both vastly different.
One for $1620
The other for $400

Anyone recommend a reputable cleaner?

Welcome to TI abcd... what type of travertine application are we talking here? Zero grout line... honed travertine... tumbled travertine?

Is it the travertine that's dirty or the grout?

Um, why aren't you cleaning it yourself?

$10 of travertine cleaner and couple hours of labor...
