What's Being Built on City Stroll Woodbury?

So I visited Santa Barbra sales office. Santa Barbra will not be built on City Stroll and the sales office has City Stroll listed as future residential. Does anybody know what is being built on City Stroll?
 
I totally thought that Santa Barbra is going in City Stroll, it has to be a alley loaded townhome... they flattened the entire strip, it used to have what looked like a raised dirt plateau for the house and street level for the garage; sort of like Kingsington townhomes at VOC...  I have no idea...
 
Seems odd they would build these out if they are direct competitors to Santa Barbara. Maybe a higher price point?
 
Esplanade was supposed to be built like 2-3 years ago. It was actually one of the homes being given away in the home raffle. After the economy crashed, then they didn't build them and didn't give one away in the home raffle. They gave a Cortile home in Woodbury away instead.
