Does anyone have a recommendation for catering mexican food for the Irvine area?

If you want simple tacos, you can order up a taco cart. They make fresh tacos (chicken/beef/carnitas).

My local favorite is still Javier's--I like the Crsytal Cove location better, but the food is just as good at the Irvine Spectrum. The only downside is that they are always busy.

Thinking of going with Tacos & Company (near Michelson and Culver).
yuck, tacos and co is mediocre. a taco truck or super mex would be better.
Also I am a big fan of Rollie's mexican and bolivian cafe in tustin:http://rollies.weebly.com/catering.html
their saltenas are goooooooood (http://rollies.weebly.com/bolivian-menu.html picture here)
I love their tacos too (they have got EXCELLENT asada, really flavorfula nd well seasoned) although i'm not sure if they cater them.
Stop by there and order a saltena and a taco and whatever else you want to try.

From what I understand, a caterer needs a city of Irvine business license in order to offer catering at a city of Irvine park.
