Las Colinas - PS

Friend of mine told me that they have sold all of their homes.  There was 1 plan 3 left, but it was essentially sold because they are just waiting to sign the contract.  Also, they are applying to build 20+ more homes on the defunct Prado lots.

Where are the Prado lots located? Are they sandwiched between Portola and Ridge Valley?

I was told they would be building on the Prado lots but only Plans 3 and 4.

Prado is east of Shaman, it was also supposed to be west of Shaman north of Las Colinas but they built on those already.

It's a shame Prado never went through because I liked their floor plans.

I'm not sure Las Colinas is done because when we were there about a month or so ago, they still had about 3 phases left (unless they just blew through them).
