Spinning
« on: March 16, 2010, 10:28:00 PM »
I have been trying to get up the nerve to take a spinning class. I'm not sure what to expect so I would like to find a class that requires a minimal commitment. I do not have a gym membership right now. Any suggestions?

You'll love spinning.  It's addicting.
Hopefully you'll find a class with good music - it makes all the difference in the world.  Just go at your own pace and your own level.  Enjoy.

We go to 24-Hour Fitness.
Love those gyms!  They are everywhere!
