Prices for current releases in WB

Can anyone share current release prices for Montecito and Coronado plans? Thank you!

I know that Coronado Plan 2 is starting at 632K right now. Not sure about the other plans...

Here are the prices for Montecito phase 4. They are selling phase 5 sometime this week I believe.
