Rent & Own Poll

I took this poll back in November:

And the majority of people will still wait and chose to rent. I want to do these polls periodically to gauge the climate to the boards. IR said once that once he buys, he will be very bullish; and when the majority of the people here are owners, this will no doubt change the flavor, attitudes and perspective of the information here.

There seems to be a lot of buyers recently, just want to see where all the renters if any are left!

We do both! We bought (resale) last year but are still renting because the eternal remodel is still not done.

good, response on a weekend... I'm looking at the poll again, and in trace's situation, there should be an option between; we just bought new & we own and plan to sell in two years; there should be an option that: we bought within the year and have no plans to sell.

thanks for polling everyone... looks like the renters are home on the weekends versus the owners...
