Irvine Resale Homes We Like

I looked through the exsting threads but didn't really see one fit for posting resale homes for sale we like --- and discussion around each. I like the perspective of others who may have also toured the same home, or know the neighborhood. So here goes my first one:

Imagine the irony, the very first house I like is in Woodbury. This has nice curb appeal, and it is beautiful inside. If I had a rich uncle giving me a $200k down payment, this would definitely be on my list to tour. Anybody visited this home, or walked by (RC?). It looks like there is a model match comp which closed for $770k in late November, but this appears to have a much more premium lot, and far more upgraded. Given that, I'm surprised its lasted 21 days....

What a difference a nice lot makes... this is how Stonetrees should look. What is funny about these units on Groveland, they have white picket fences along the sidewalk, which is shown, but there are no side fences around the property and that makes it look weird but I guess not Irvine weird...

I am surprise it has lasted this long... but this just makes this look all the more WTF...

CK....definitely a nice house... I drive by this one every morning on the way to work... I love the front yard. There is no driveway still, but it's nice nonetheless... Would this be a detached condo (as it's listed on Redfin)?

This is over 200K more than my purchase for 1 less room and slightly larger sqft....

Yep. It's a detached Condo. I would never pay 849,000 for a detached condo, with no backyard, just a side yard (granted backyards in Woodbury are very small, but I would prefer small backyard over small side yard.) Even the Montecitos that are Single-Family Homes (on a motorcourt, however - it depends on what you like better, a home with more curb appeal, but less yard and no driveway, or a home with less curb appeal with a full driveway and a bigger yard) and even the largest one costs less than the StoneTree.
