Next community to be built?

So does anyone know the order of when TIC is going to build the next communities?

Do you think they will continue building out PS. Or will they start Orchard Hills and Laguna Crossing? I know these 2 are scheduled for 2013.

Opinions?

Here's the order of build-out time in order of timing:

1. Woodbury/Woodbury East
2. Stonegate
3. Portola Springs 1/2
4. Orchard Hills
5. Laguna Crossing
6. Great Park

Actually, from Dan Young's interview, it sounded like LC before OH... but I could be wrong. It would make more sense to build OH first since most of the infrastructure is there (shopping/schools/parks) but LC is probably a highly desirable area (hence more diverse housing mix) because it's central to South County/Coastal.
