Zumba workouts

Zumba was founded by a guy. Go to Zumba.com. Yes, more participants are women just like with aerobics in general. I watched an instructors' class a few months ago when I was at 24 Hour Fitness Lakeshore Towers. It looked fun. But, I will gladly agree that if I did Zumba, everyone would probably drop dead from laughter. <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) -->
