If you ever want to dine at a restaurant where they make the noodles and dumplings fresh by hand, this is the place.  They try very hard to be Din Tai Feng like with giant glass windows by the kitchen, showing the chefs inside making dough by hand.

The quality is acceptable, but not excellent.  This is a middle of the road quality place where everything is acceptable and edible, but it's not among the best in LA.  Looking at the chefs through the glass window, their skill and speed is definitely inferior to those in Taipei or Tianjin.  But the restaurant is a lot closer than Taipei or Tianjing.  ;p

Conclusion:  Edible, but I've had better.
