I thought I'd start a thread on how the City of Irvine could reduce its expenses.
Here's my first idea. I received the latest paper copy edition of "Inside Irvine - The Publication of the City of Irvine." I wonder how much it costs the city to print and mail this. I don't what percentage of residents have internet access, but much of this information could be put on a web site. Personally, I prefer not to get these but because they are distributed in bulk without individual addresses, there is no way to opt out.
