Does anyone know what is going to be developed on planning area 40B?  Its the vacant parcel on the corner of Trabuco & Sand Canyon on the other side of Sand Canyon from Cypress Village.  Thanks.
 
This Map dates back from 2008, so it may not reflect reality today. That being said it looks like "Multi Use" -- which sounds like code for commercial and/or residential along the rest of Sand Canyon.

 
It won't be retail.  That was the original plan.  TIC also had a daycare in that area, but they don't need to fill the quota of daycare anymore due to the commercial development of daycare elsewhere esp at Woodbury, so they will be building residential in that area,
