Does anyone know why it's taking so long for TIC or Tripointe Homes to put up the floorplans for the Arcadia homes?  Are they worried that they would suck??
 
Just for FYI, they started the pre-qualification/ priority list process at noon yesterday (June 12th).

At $390-402/sqFt for these homes without upgrades or yard+HOA+MR.... is this such a great deal?
 
Does anyone know if Phase 1 have all sold out yet?  Just curious as to how strong the demand was for these homes.  Thanks.
