[IHB] Open House Review: 37 Canopy

We saw this condo about a month ago at an Open House.
This is one of the few plans we like in QH because of the 3CWG, but it's motorcourt and no driveway.
The living spaces in this model's first floor isn't ideal as they are very compartmentalized but the second floor is better as it has a loft and upstairs laundry, large master bath and closet.
But at near $1m, this model is way overpriced... maybe they are trying to ride the mini bubble but in the last year or two, model matches for this same condo were in the mid $700ks... and one or two had the same view lot side location.
