Me likey the new Links area, especially the '10 most recent posts' one.

Can I suggest:

For the external links area?

And has someone told the Irvine Homes blog about this forum (Erica Chavez just want on maternity leave)?

EDIT: Never mind... just checked... TalkIrvine is on their Blog Roll now!

You are correct. Thanks to mutual links, we may be welcoming some new visitors from the Irvine Homes blog now and we have some other things in the works too.

Great idea Panda, except when I looked at the site, I didn't see a blog roll anywhere. Did you? Maybe I missed it.
 
Another site to link to and to reciprocate is Redfin.

I was bouncing around there today and they have a place to put links for bloggers. While this isn't technically a blog... it's still an Irvine-centric site.

You even add their graphs to this site.
 
I think I made this suggestion during the survey but having the Internal/External links is still useful in the sub-pages. It was just the Feeds that should only remain on the outside as those took more time as it did the RSS searches.

I don't know if this is possible to separate out the Feeds part but I guess I miss the 'Recent Posts' in the sub-pages.
