[IHB] Open House Review: 28 Sycamore Creek

The literature says this is ?a certified pre-owned home with a 3 year warranty.  The starting bid is $1,099,000, and total purchase price will be high bid plus 7% buyers premium.?

:-\ Certified pre-owned home? 3 year warranty? 7% buyer's premium?

I guess it had a 19-point inspection and they ran it through HomeFax and checked its record with the DRE.

Maybe the realtor is a former car salesman. It's listed on the MLS for $1.391m... wooosh.
