This floor plan was the second most popular Lombard Court model in 2005/2006. The 1 bedroom + 1 full bath per floor was a unique selling feature that many young couples (and single people) wanted. It gave them the flexibility to easily rent out the main floor bedroom since it was pretty segregated from the rest of the house (or just use it as an office). The 2nd floor kitchen has a giant island and a media niche allows a 50" TV to be perfectly placed without taking any additional room. This was always one of my favorite models in that price range (back then of course).
Anyway, this property went pending a few days ago at a WTF price so the layout still has some demand.
