[IHB] Open House Review: 67 Great Lawn

My oh my, how fortunes have changed for the Stonetree Manor owners. I remember ~3-4 years ago these homes were going for as low as mid to upper $600K. Now trying to sell for mid $900K. These prices are getting close to the bubble builder pricing--some reached as high as a $1M for the model homes if I recall correctly.
